Certain to make a stylish backdrop to your garden, the Forest 6×6 Contemporary Grey Slatted Fence Panel (1.8m x 1.8m) is robust, modern and supplied with an Super 10 year anti-rot guarantee. This slatted fence panel is constructed from rounded horizontal slats mounted to the front of vertical battens and, with a total thickness of 54mm, it is more robust than a standard fence panel. Built to last, this slatted panel also sports a fashionable, water-resistant grey-paint finish which makes for a modern, attractive appearance to suit any garden setting. This 6×6 fence panel is designed to allow a degree of natural light and airflow to filter between the slats into the garden, while still offering you a certain degree of privacy and security. You’ll find it works exceptionally well in a variety of settings, including as an effective partition within the garden, a dividing screen and a main fence run. All of the wood is FSC©-certified, so you can rest assured that it is only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. Prior to the factory spray paint finish, it has been dip-treated in a quality wood preservative to guard against rot. We recommend repainting this fence panel after 3 years, in order to maintain its beautiful appearance and validate the 10 year anti-rot guarantee. You should use RAL7016 in a semi-gloss finish or the original Teknos factory paint NORDICA EKO 3330-17, colour code TM-9587/15. Free delivery is available to most UK addresses on orders above £100. Advice on mounting Forest Garden Slatted Fence Panels: These panels are 44mm thick, making them unsuitable for slotted fence posts. So, pre-drill the frame at the top, middle and bottom. Mount the panels to the front of the posts and screw through into the posts. The posts will then sit behind the panels and give the impression of an unbroken fence run. OR the panels can be mounted between wooden posts using the pre-drilling and screw method noted above.
