Your children will adore this stunning child sized version of a summerhouse with its own balcony. Our 6×4 Palmako  Felix 16mm Kids Cabin is a great hideaway for your children to engage in imaginative play in the garden. Beautifully designed and constructed from 16mm Nordic Spruce tongue and groove wall cladding, this superb playhouse is sturdy and attractive. The floor and roof are 16mm tongue and groove cladding, well-known for its durability, weather resistance and strength, providing a solid cabin for many years of use. A generous 169cm ridge height is provided by the apex roof design. An attractive and welcoming covered porch area on the front elevation reveals a solid, single entrance door and two additional side windows. The windows allow for light and ventilation inside the generous space whilst your children are playing and are plexi-glass for safety. The cabin is supplied untreated with a five year guarantee. We would suggest that an initial anti-fungal treatment is applied and repeated annually thereafter to support the guarantee. Alternatively, paint could be applied to suit your garden or your child’s favourite colour. Please be advised that the roof does not include a cover as standard. Select from SBS, Charcoal Felt Shingles or Roof Felt Underlay as an optional upgrade. (SBS weatherproof roof covering is a thick, torch-on felt with an exceptionally long lifespan and outstanding weatherproof qualities. Unless you possess advanced DIY skills, we recommend hiring a professional installer. Heavy-duty Charcoal Felt Roof Shingles are a permanent weatherproof roof covering, which is attractive, easy to instal and extremely durable. Roof Underlay Felt is simple to nail on to the garden building but is only designed as a temporary solution until you have added a permanent weatherproof roof cover upgrade.) 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee 16mm Nordic Spruce tongue and groove wall cladding, floor and roof Single entrance door with 2 plexiglass windows Covered porch area extends play area Two plexi-glass windows for added safety *** Please note that NO ROOF COVERING is included, please select from the accessory options above ***
