12′ x 8′ Forest 4Life 25yr Guarantee Double Door Apex Summer House (3.6m x 2.61m) by Buy Sheds Direct

Forest 4Life Summerhouses are attractive, contemporary takes on classic summerhouse designs. Pressure treated and supplied with an extraordinary 25-year guarantee, they are the best overlap summerhouses the company has ever made. This particular model is the 13 x 8 Double Door Apex Summer House (3.89m x 2.61m), so provides an idyllic space in which you can relax and unwind in the garden.A Fully-Modular Summer HouseBeautifully built here, in Great Britain, this garden summerhouse features a fully-modular design. This means it’s delivered in smaller sections of interchangeable panels, but you get more overall wood, so you’ll find it much easier to assemble and far stronger than other wooden summerhouses. This fully-modular design also allows you a market-leading choice of door/ window placements, helping you customise the summerhouse to your exact requirements.Supported by a sturdy 28mm x 28mm frame, the 7mm overlap cladding allows for the natural movement of the wood over the changing seasons, while ensuring excellent rainwater runoff. These overlap boards have a straight-cut design for a smarter, more stylish finish.12mm Solid Wooden Floor and Weatherproof Roof CoveringThe 12mm solid wooden floor is perfectly equipped to house your heavier summer house furniture. It is fitted with pressure-treated bearers, which promote good air flow underneath the summer house and prevent the floor from getting damp, so providing a further layer of protection against rot and fungal decay. The 8mm OSB roof features a traditional apex design, a front overhang to provide shelter from rain and the sun, diamond-shaped finials, and a green mineral felt cover to give you complete protection from the elements.Double Doors and Extensive PET GlazingYou can gain very easy access to this summerhouse via double doors with partial PET glazing, which come with sturdy handles, a tower bolt and turn buttons to keep them securely in place. Thanks to 6 additional large, fixed windows, this garden summerhouse enjoys an abundance of natural light – perfect if you’re relaxing inside with a good book or dining with your loved ones. All of these windows are made from lightweight PET, making them completely shatterproof and far safer than conventional glass – ideal for a busy, family-orientated garden.Ethically Sourced, Maintenance Free and a Market-Leading GuaranteeThe wood used to build this 13×8 summerhouse is FSC® certified, which is the world’s most-trusted mark for sustainable forestry. It is pressure treated and delivered with a market-leading 25-year anti-rot guarantee, so further treatment against rot is never required, saving you money on expensive wood preservatives and leaving you more time to relax in your garden.White Glove Delivery ServiceFree delivery is available to most UK postcodes using Forest’s White Glove Service.
