8′ x 8′ Shire Iceni Pent Potting Shed (2.5m x 2.5m) by Buy Sheds Direct

Thoughtfully designed to give your tender plants the conditions they need to prosper, the 8 x 8 Shire Iceni Pent Potting Shed (2.39m x 2.39m) contains plenty of space for garden tools too. This premium potting shed is expertly built in Great Britain from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding, on an extra-thick 44mm x 44mm frame, so is robust, durable and completely weathertight. The floor and roof are both made from superior 12mm tongue and groove. The latter sports a contemporary pent design and is fitted with a premium mineral felt cover to ensure your plants and tools receive complete weatherproof protection. You can gain easy access to the interior through the solid door, which is fitted with a key-operated lock to protect your valuable tools from unwanted attention. More than one whole side of glazing ensures your plants receive an abundance of natural light. The bulk of this glazing is made from styrene, which is completely shatterproof and far safer than conventional glass – ideal if you have family members who enjoy ball games! The 2 small windows to the rear of the shed are made from real glass. Both the door and windows are expertly built using traditional, skilled joinery techniques, so are completely weatherproof and never present a weak spot in a storm. A wooden potting bench is also included, which runs along the whole of the shed’s glazed side. It offers you ample room for potting plants, as well as a nice location for containers and small, handheld tools. Compost bags can be placed underneath. The rest of this 8×6 shed has plenty of space for long-handled tools and a lawnmower. This potting shed for sale is made exclusively from FSC®-certified timber, which is the only wood-certification scheme endorsed by all of the major environmental charities. It is dip treated and delivered to you with a superb 10-year anti-rot guarantee, along with the additional 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee. You must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines on assembly, usage and retreatment to validate these guarantees. The retreatment process involves coating the potting shed in a high-quality wood preservative upon assembly and annually, thereafter. Alternatively, you can apply coloured wood preservative for a more individual look. Clear instructions are included to help you achieve a straightforward assembly.
