Palmako Andrea 5.95m x 3m Double Glazed Contemporary Log Cabin Sliding Doors Plus (44mm) by Buy Sheds Direct

Whether you’re searching for a modern garden office or idyllic garden retreat, the Palmako Andrea 5.95m x 3m Double Glazed Contemporary Log Cabin Sliding Doors Plus (44mm) fits the bill perfectly. Boasting 17.1m² of interior space, this versatile garden cabin combines incredible strength with sophisticated style to create a space in which you’ll love to spend time. A Premium Log Cabin This log cabin is expertly built from 44mm Nordic spruce, with a chalet cut design, so it’ll withstand whatever nature throws at it, remaining both comfortable and welcoming, the whole year round. The floor is made from high-end 19mm tongue and groove. It is supported by treated foundation joists, which improve air flow underneath the log cabin and act as a barrier against rot-causing ground moisture. The roof is constructed from 19mm tongue and groove too. It features a fashionable pent design for effective rainwater runoff, as well as a generous overhang to prevent sun glare. Roof Cover Upgrades As the roof does not come with a weatherproof cover as standard, we advise purchasing SBS, roof underlay felt and heavy-duty roofing nails as optional upgrades. SBS weatherproof roof covering is a thick, torch-on felt with an exceptionally long lifespan and outstanding weatherproof qualities. Unless you possess advanced DIY skills, we recommend hiring a professional installer to fit it for you. Roof Underlay Felt is simple to nail on to the garden building but only designed as a temporary covering or to supplement the SBS. Sliding Door Sets and Window with Toughened Double Glazing The two sets of sliding doors are made from 4-16-4mm toughened double glazing, providing enhanced insulation and ready to withstand the rigours of a busy, family-orientated garden. They include aluminium frames and stainless-steel sills, to protect this high-traffic area from wear and tear. Cylinder locks are fitted too, so rest assured that your valuable items will remain safe from unwanted attention. The additional window is also made from 4-16-4mm toughened double glazing. You can open it via a tilt and turn mechanism. The sliding door sets and window can be installed in different positions – the choice is yours. Delivery, Installation and Warranty Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Backed by an impressive 5-year manufacturer’s parts warranty, this garden room comes with instructions and a fixings kit to help you achieve a straightforward assembly. Wood Care This log cabin is delivered untreated. We recommend applying an initial anti-fungal treatment upon assembly and annually, thereafter, to protect the wood from rot and validate the warranty. The wood can be painted, if desired. Choice of Sizes Palmako Andrea Contemporary Log Cabins are available for you to buy in a range of sizes and designs, some of which include double glazing.
