Palmako Lotta 3.9m x 3.9m Log Cabin Garden Room (34mm) by Buy Sheds Direct

A sleek, stylish garden room, the 13×13 Palmako Lotta 34mm Log Cabin is ideal as a home office or summerhouse. This 13×13 log cabin offers plenty of room to extend your living space into your garden. At the heart of this garden cabin is a tongue and groove construction, well-known for its strength, durability and weather resistance. Constructed from thick, high quality 34mm Nordic Spruce, the tongue and groove design and wind braces provide a robust retreat built in an authentic chalet style with straight cut log ends. The floor and appealing apex roof are both 19mm tongue and groove with the roof also featuring a small overhang, offering shelter from showers and sun. Glazed double entrance doors provide both access and light to the garden cabin. The laminated finish to the door frames provides added strength and better resistance to cracking or other reactions to extreme temperatures. A cylinder lock with key provides security and peace of mind. A five year guarantee supports the high quality of this garden building. The garden cabin is supplied untreated; we would recommend that an initial anti-fungal treatment is applied and repeated annually thereafter to support the guarantee. Alternatively, paint could be applied for a more individual style. Please be advised that the roof does not include a cover as standard. Select from SBS, Charcoal Felt Shingles or Roof Felt Underlay as an optional upgrade. (SBS weatherproof roof covering is a thick, torch-on felt with an exceptionally long lifespan and outstanding weatherproof qualities. Unless you possess advanced DIY skills, we recommend hiring a professional installer. Heavy-duty Charcoal Felt Roof Shingles are a permanent weatherproof roof covering, which is attractive, easy to instal and extremely durable. Roof Underlay Felt is simple to nail on to the garden building but is only designed as a temporary solution until you have added a permanent weatherproof roof cover upgrade.) 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee High quality 34mm Nordic Spruce interlocking logs Includes 19mm tongue and groove flooring 19mm tongue and groove roof with small overhang Glazed double entrance doors with a durable laminated door finish for enhanced resistance to cracking and extreme temperatures Real glass glazing *** Please note: a roof covering is NOT included.
